Hi! You just go to your Spark Page, click the edit button and scroll all the way down towards the bottom of the page. There is a ticker down there and you can choose which one you like :) Hope that helps!

I am wondering how to get the tracker that I keep seeing on peoples pages... They are on responses and what not on the message boards. Some have them showing start and current weights and some have them showing overall loss so far....how do I get that????
