You could also use a tape measure instead of scale. But maybe that might end up stressing you too. Or just keep doing what you're doing and focusing on how your clothes fit. That's a good non scale indicator. Some people don't know how much they weigh until their checkup. Do what works for you!

I don't own a scale, and quite frankly, I don't want to! I can look in the mirror and tell when I've gained and lost. When I pull my pants up, I KNOW. I suppose it's important to know the "numbers" but honestly, it's another stressor I don't want or need in my life. If I were to invest in the purchase of a scale, I would want a top-of-the-line one, not some cheap model that doesn't weigh correctly and will ultimately end up in the trash. I'm not in the financial position to make such a purchase but want to be able to track weight loss. Any suggestions? TIA
