Remember, you CAN release FIVE POUNDS, and if you do that TWELVE times, you will have off SIXTY pounds. Work on five pounds at a time and don't quit. I started SP about 2 weeks ago and everyday I have learned soo many new things. When I am reading articles and feel inspired I will get up right then and there and do whatever exercise I was looking at it has really helped get me moving in a slump. I have just decided that will be my new goal emoticon emoticon what gets you going?
