How weird. Just substitute the primary protein ingredient in the meal. You should be given a list of available other options, which should include meat if you don't have the vegetarian setting ticked.

I want to start using the Sparks People daily preplanned menu, however, I printed out next weeks menu and dinner has no meat dishes - none. I would much prefer a vegitarian lunch and dinner with some form of meat. Does anyone know how to change the preferences so I get a meat dish for dinner? I already checked my settings and the only thing I've eliminated is Tofu. Thanks
