I don't use the Spark menu but I turned mine on the check and only 2 of 9 meals in the next 3 days contains meat.

Which is one of the reasons why I don't use the Spark menu. No where near enough protein for me. That and they want me to eat 80-100g of carbs in just one meal is another reason.

Is there any way you could do a menu plan for yourself and just repeat it every week or two with the foods you enjoy?

How weird. Just substitute the primary protein ingredient in the meal. You should be given a list of available other options, which should include meat if you don't have the vegetarian setting ticked.

I want to start using the Sparks People daily preplanned menu, however, I printed out next weeks menu and dinner has no meat dishes - none. I would much prefer a vegitarian lunch and dinner with some form of meat. Does anyone know how to change the preferences so I get a meat dish for dinner? I already checked my settings and the only thing I've eliminated is Tofu.
