I just finished the end of my first week, and I really thought I would see more results. I completely changed what I eat, and exercise twice daily. I only lost 2 lbs. My nephew lost 12 only from eating right. :( Maybe it will kick in more next week.

Im struggling so much with my weight loss that it brings me to tears sometimes. I will do great for days and then I fall off. I'm STRUGGLING and the scale does not move. HELP

Good for you! I'm in the same boat with you. It still feels good and the weight will come off. The more slowly the weight comes off, the more likely it is to stay off!
