I love both, and while I'm not deep into the fandom I grew up with them so it's a pretty much life-long love of both. I prefer, much to the dismay of my cousin (who was my entree into nerd culture), Star Trek over Star Wars. Absolutely nothing wrong with Star Wars, I just am more drawn to Star Trek than Star Wars.

Oh this is a real toughie but if I had to absolutely pick one over the other; Star Trek -- all episodes including my favourite "The Trouble with Tribbles"

Neither! I would NOT miss either one if they never were. Sci-fi is not for me.

Love Star Trek, all versions and spinoffs, but I also really like the original Star Wars movies (not so fond of the new ones).

I don't think I've seen the original Star Trek. I love the 2 latest movies though. And I like the original 3 Star Wars. Didnt care for the guy cast as Anakin or the storyline of the last 3 made.

I'm really not a sci-fi fan.... when I was I kid I remember watching re-runs of the original Star Trek, but I never watched any other versions of it or any other sci-fi movies or tv shows.

For purposes of this thread, I'd have to go with Star Trek

You can keep the original. I'm not a shatner fan. I have liked the rest of the star trek shows along with the new movies. But.... I also love the star wars 4-6 movies. 1-3 have great special effects, but the story wasn't well written and cgi yoda is just wrong.
