In order to increase our strength we must push against resistance. The harder we push the stronger we can become. We must believe in ourselves. Believe in our ability to keep going even though there are a million excuses why we should quit. The things in this life that are most worth having are the most difficult to achieve. Health is worth it. Maintaining health should be a priority. We must make the decision to change and put forth continuous effort to take care of the body that we have been given.Unfortunately there is no easy quick fix. It takes effort every day. I like probably many of you have tried so many different things to lose weight. I am not extremely overweight, but I am heavier then I would like to be. I have tried so hard to lose weight, but each pound seems to hang on for dear life. This month my mom had a heart attack, and that really shocked us all. I no feel a stronger desire to get in shape, and maintain a healthy weight because heart problems and diabetes run in my family. I am 24 years old and I am determined to change.
