In the last week or so I've greatly upped the intensity of my usual 30 minute treadmill routine and kept to the same weight training. So far the ole knees are holding up pretty well.
What a difference a few days makes! I have no idea how many inches I've lost recently but, it does amount to a full size, plus some. A pair of slightly roomy slacks I wore to work on Monday, are so much more baggy today...so big I need to stop wearing them.
