I don't know what time you get up in the morning, but part of loosing weight and looking after yourself is getting enough sleep. If you go to bed late, of course you are hungry, your body is saying how many hours have gone by since supper and it's time for another meal. You should be eating every 4 hours approximately, so this would only make sense. I found if I get hungry and it's not a meal time, drink 2 glasses of water, chances are your hunger is thirst and that may take care of it. Believe me, when I started, I went to bed many times to avoid the refrigerator!
Remember, you have only just begun, and it will happen with some effort!
