I am off to a good start...I am still struggling with my sparks goals... but I am not giving up!!!I will keep those goals till I have them established and routine. I have lost my first 5lbs.Hurray!!! for me. How is everyone else doing?

Hey Postlady! First of all, WELCOME TO SPARKPEOPLE!!!!! Secondly....you can't HOPE with weight loss! You just do or don't. YOU DECIDE. YOU COMMIT...or you don't...and then you get a result based on the work you put in. This isn't a diet. This is learning how to eat the rest of your life.

I just want to loose the weight, look better, feel better. Move better and more quickly. is over and I do believe I am off to a good start...Just focusing on learning the tracker and how to use it...and then getting around the site...

I want to lose weight for my son's wedding. I'm looking forward to the support from this group. I think having to post your weight every week will make me accountable. At least I hope it does.
