I am off to a good start...I am still struggling with my sparks goals... but I am not giving up!!!I will keep those goals till I have them established and routine. I have lost my first 5lbs.Hurray!!! for me. How is everyone else doing?

First of all, WELCOME TO SPARKPEOPLE!!!!!
Secondly....you can't HOPE with weight loss! You just do or don't. YOU DECIDE. YOU COMMIT...or you don't...and then you get a result based on the work you put in. This isn't a diet. This is learning how to eat the rest of your life.

Now...nobody seemed to answer your question...so to the start page and go to preferences or my account....it's in one of those :) Its like under your name in the upper left hand corner of your start page. :) Holler if you need help!

I just want to loose the weight, look better, feel better. Move better and more quickly. emoticon emoticon is over and I do believe I am off to a good start...Just focusing on learning the tracker and how to use it...and then getting around the site... emoticon

I want to lose weight for my son's wedding. I'm looking forward to the support from this group.
I think having to post your weight every week will make me accountable. At least I hope it does.
