Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Here I am again....embarrassed and depressed that I keep getting bigger and bigger....a year ago I gave up sugar and processed foods and the weight fell off. Today I ate 4 Oreo cookies....and three pieces of cake at a company sponsored event.....and yesterday ate two bags of M & M's and a "low calorie" candy bar (which tasted so bad, IT prompted the second bag of M & M's.....

Why do I do that which I hate to do???? Why won't I get up in the morning and exercise? When I had my gall bladder removed in June I was back down to 146. Nearly back to my dream weight. Must I spend the rest of my life getting only IV fluids to stay slim? I want to fight middle age....and it's accompanying spread....help!! Save me from myself!!!!

Lots of stress lately: Daddy died 3 weeks ago; my 17 year old dog has oral cancer, so we're doing radiation; I'm so tired I can hardly get up to work much less work out..... my, but I'm in a bad way again.

Sorry for the lengthy diatribe, but just the writing helps me see how desperate I am, and how badly I need help. Thanks for being here, SparkPeople!
