Jen, I haven't logged in any differently. I started getting suspicious after the third or fourth time, LOL! I will check the Flash player. Today (March 30) would've been day 15...the third or fourth time! Thanks for your attention on this!

I've had the same problem. How do I know if I have the most recent Flash version?

Is there anything you're doing different on those days (logging in differently, etc.) that might cause you to lose your streak? Do you have the most current version of Flash installed on your computer? If you can let me know what day most recently was missed, I can try to restore your streak.

I would go to the HELP tab at the top right and contact the Tech people.
Since the Spark start page changed, I have been having trouble with my points wheel. At first I thought I was just forgetting to spin it even though I log in every day...I have been paying more attention to it as of late and have discovered that every 14 days it ends my streak. I was very hyper-vigilant to spin it. Well, yesterday was day 14 and today...it said that I have a "0" day streak. Is anyone else having this issue? Or, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
