I tend to go off my diet when I think sad thoughts about how my life is totally going in the wrong direction because of my weight. I am trapped and living the way I don't want. So I found a solution: I keep busy all the time doing things that keep my mind off my situation. I don't berate myself for not doing the right things because all I can do is stay on my diet and exercise regime and live as best I can until I am thin and healthy again.
