congrats on finishing! you can see your abs coming in. i love jillian too. thats how i lost my first 40lbs. i would use her 30day shred and her other dvds. i bet you feel much fitter too. keep up the good work.

Thanks! I also use the SP ranges so it's nice to hear that you didn't need to do some crazy meal plan. I just ordered my DVD. I'm in the 3rd week of the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge so when I'm done with that I'll be ready to start the 30 day shred.
I just followed the SP calorie/nutrient range. I tend to stay on the low side of the carb range however. I am hispanic by race and most hispanics tend to be carb/lactose sensitive. For dairy, I usually stick to greek yogurt or an occasional cheese stick. For grains, I tend to only do Ezekiel bread and whole wheat wraps and brown rice. My calorie range is usually between 1200 and 1400.

Thanks for sharing! I have been wondering what the completed results of this are like. Did you follow a specific meal plan or just stay to the SP calorie/nutrient ranges?
Congratulations on finishing...I hear about so many people that almost made it through and it's good to hear about people finishing the program and their results. Very motivating!
