EOWYN - I, too, think that you are fixating too much, but not just on your belly fat .... you tend to fixate on nearly everything thing about your body/looks. I really think that you would benefit from talking with a Therapist who specializes in treating people with body image issues.
You have a serious health condition .... many health conditions can impact to a degree in our appearance, in part because some conditions can limit what we can do. You are best to learn to love yourself, warts and all, and THEN you will be able to move forward in a healthy way.

First words to me that point out it isn't true are "the miracle cure...."
Have never heard of it but the only way to get rid of belly fat is to eat lean and lift weights with at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. Also the more leg work one does the quicker a person leans down.

Ok, once AGAIN, when someone, anyone, says they have a "Miracle" plan, that's a tip off that it's another sham to make money off of desperate people..................this has been going on for YEAR'S my friends. If it would have worked back in 1950, no one would be overweight, or whatever now!!! All these years of weight loss scams, drinks, recipes, rubs, exercise equipment, etc. What part of being ripped off do you enjoy, that people keep on following these things??
I had never heard of this so I googled. The review website said that there is no scientific evidence to her claims.
One of my family members does well on low carb and she is an hour glass. While I am rather a pear and lose weight on a low fat diet.

There is a lot of information and mis-information out there when it comes to losing weight.
I've been reading your posts. You're fixating too much on your belly. Very very few women have perfectly flat stomachs. That's just not typical for women. 95% of the women of the world have belly fat. And that's perfectly normal.
You have to stop beating yourself up because you think you're fat. You're not fat ! You are at a very healthy weight for your height.
What do you think of this book, published in 2010? She claims that ppl with metabolism B can't burn carbs efficiently and need 3 steps to fix their metabolism. She also says that if u tend to have belly fat, then u have metabolism B.
I'm just curious if this diet actually works coz I just can't lose my belly fat!
