Its been a year of struggles. However, today I reached a goal, to get below 220 lbs. I did it, 218 today!

I had let life get in the way several times over the past year. But, some time in the last 3 months those lifestyle changes we all hear about, snuk in and took hold. I've shed 30 of my 47 lbs shed in the last 3 mos. Almost 1/2 way to my over all goal.

Being below 220 has allowed me to see the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. I now believe I will reach my goal.

Just like the turtle, I will win this race. Shedding these pounds slowly has given me time to actually have make the lifestyle changes take hold and succeed.

If I can do it so can you!!!
