Well, since starting my own personal goal of 10+ minutes of exercise daily goal a few days ago, I've discovered more ways to keep track. Apparently, you can set up your own Sparks Streaks. (I knew you could do that for drinking water and spinning the wheel, but I must have forgotten you could add to it.)
Earning a new (to you) Spark Award! Exercising a minimum of 10 minutes daily! (or whatever you need this to be) Getting your fitness done early in the day! I will be consistent with.... (fill-in-the-blank) For every remaining Monday of 2011, I will.... (fill-in-the-blank) For the remaining 14 weeks of 2011, I will... (fill-in-the-blank) What will your goal(s) be?
