Nice to see a few faces on this thread! Thanks for joining in!

Well, since starting my own personal goal of 10+ minutes of exercise daily goal a few days ago, I've discovered more ways to keep track. Apparently, you can set up your own Sparks Streaks. (I knew you could do that for drinking water and spinning the wheel, but I must have forgotten you could add to it.)

I have now set mine up to specifically track "Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day" and it will also show on my Spark page.

I'm trying to keep a walking streak going and I think I'm on 30 some odd days now. I've walked 253 miles since 7-16-11. emoticon

So I came up with what I will do the remainder of 2011 for the final 100 days of this year:

--10 minutes of exercise daily--

Might not sound like much, and on some days, I know that 10 minutes isn't enough. But there ARE those days that I don't do anything exercise-related, so... 10 minutes is a challenge to myself!

Today, Sept. 22, is Day 100 and counting down to December 31st!

DONE: 10 minutes of rebounding on my mini-trampoline!
