I always find it difficult to make my good choices when my DH is making his "otherwise" choices!!!

My husband was cooking at 9 pm last night. He is a late night eater.

You know, having the kitchen closed after dinner is a HUGE help!

What a great idea! I already have wonderfully smelling strawberry body wash! Hey, I'll try that today.

Isn't it great when we find a solution that works, and is so easy to do!

One of my favorite rewards is a sweet smelling body wash in the shower. If I have done my morning cardio or strength training, I use it. If not, I force myself to use my hubby's Zest bar soap. It's such a small thing, but it really does help me to motivate myself (I hate using the Zest) LOL.

I love my kitchen being closed in the evening. Really! It simplifies life in the evening!

I haven't thought of this that way, but I really like it. Problem though is that my kitchen is a major hub and supports a lot of different activities, as home office, mud room, laundry

It's after supper. The dishes are done, the kitchen is clean. The light is off.

The kitchen is closed. Is your kitchen closed?

It would be nice for you if he would get his own.

Tried many times, family is good and get their own snacks and clean up- except my Husband who lays on the couch watching tv in the evening expecting ME to make him a "snack" which is more like a second dinner, 2 bowls of ice cream or several candy bars- and HE is thin and wants ME to eat with him! Grrrrrrr!

What a great way of thinking about it. Do you turn off the kitchen light too (I do)? I also like to clean the sink so that in the morning it is bright and shiny for me.

It's after supper. All the dishes are done and put away, as are the left-overs, and the kitchen is closed for the night. Is anyone else's kitchen closed?
