We all have days or weeks when we don't stick to our program. I think that's true of people at any stage in their journey, whether they've been doing this for two months or two years or...

We just have to make note of it and see if there's anything to be learned from the experience, then get back in the saddle.

I checked out your SparkPage and it seems like you've really been making consistent progress. Good for you! Take care of yourself and enjoy the journey!

I've had a week where I have not been very good about tracking food, exercising, and sticking to my overall program. I in years past, I would have just thrown in the towel and said "Well, I'll never be able to do it."

Well guess what? I CAN and WILL do it! I will make progress towards my goals TODAY!

WOOHOO!
