I make a date night with my husband. Tonight we will play games and have some drinks to unwind from the week.

First, really try and get a good nights sleep. Then work out hard the next morning. Go outside, especially if there is some gorgeous spring weather. Enjoy some wine and a picnic. Give or get a back rub (etc.). Rock out to some good music while working out and also go dancing....

I have to be by myself for awhile. I love to drive around and pump the music up. Sometimes you get a cleansing cry, sometimes you start singing along and rocking out.

I wouldn't call it a "case" but the other night, I was driving home after a HS ball game and I was overwhelming overcome with the sad reality that I am on OLD man and I don't like it.
Cant change it, so I decided to put it behind me and I did. But I still don't like being almost 78 years old.

IF I can make myself get moving, I do feel much better. Some days it's just so hard to do.
sometimes turning off the TV and listening to upbeat music will help me get going
