It certainly has an alluring title though! I think I'd buy it, read it, and stick it on my stack of other untested diet books.

Also, if you really want books for motivation, go to your public library! They need your support, and you can read as much as you want for free. They'll have all the classics, not just new trendy fads. People tend to forget that libraries are still around.

There is nothing about a detox that will beautify.

A few simple steps for the "best you possible":
1. Drink 5-6 glasses of water daily.
2. Include superfoods filled with nutrients. Check out this list:
3. limit those high sugar, fat-filled, uberly processed foods.

hope this helps--

I've been looking for a good health/beauty book on Amazon, and saw The Beauty Detox Foods & The Beauty Detox Solution books - thought it looked interesting.

Have you read this book before? - is it a good read for diet motivation and info?

Or do you know of a good health/beauty book?
