I've eaten really light the last 2 days in an attempt to make up for overeating a few days ago. A little of the weight that I gained has come back off ... but not all of it ... YET! I hope to get back below my start weight by Monday.

My "bad couple of days" showed up on the scale this morning. I gained 1.6 pounds in 2 days. Ugh!

mowed 1/2 lawn so will finish that up today. I am still keep a food chart. I am working on adding portions to food chart. I will work on measuring food. I want to get one more exercise in today. In May I start aqua and line dancing.

I've had a bad couple of days for food. Even though I have stayed within the very top of my range, I have eaten a lot of unhealthy food. I have a feeling it will show up on the scale tomorrow or the next day. Tomorrow looks like a bad day, too, as we are having a party for our secretaries.

Woo hoo. This challenge sounds perfeect for me. I had lost over 75 pounds, then I've been fluctuating around, and I've ended up gaining 25 of it back. I'm training for my 3rd marathon and I've got to get the rest of this weight off of me!

That's a good date for a goal. I'll give it a try. 160 is not my ultimate goal weight, but it has been my "medium term goal" for a long time. I'll use that. I lose very slowly and struggle with hypothyroidism. When my thryoid levels decrease, I start to gain any weight I have lost back. So, I am happy if I can lose 2 pounds per month.

Today has been going really good so far...stayed on track with my eating and my water. Hoping to get in a walk when Hubbie takes kids to Boy Scouts.

GAME ON!!!!!!! My goal for 12/12/12 is weight at 210lbs and a much healthier lifestyle. Currently weigh in as of last weighing 268. That means just over a pound and a half a week I need to lose.

I hope I am able to get to less than 170 pounds by 12-12-12, but I'm trying to start slow and I think that is a reasonable goal.

I would LOVE to be the the healthy weight range by then, but losing about 50 pounds by then would be so amazing :o) Something I could be proud of!!

Since I don't think I can reach my ultimate goal weight by then, I'll start by aiming to lose 20% of my current weight which would be 46 pounds or get to 184. I admit I really struggle with putting off to tomorrow what I should be doing today, but I think with having a goal date in my head, and realizing it is coming just like other deadlines, it will help keep me from procrastinating. So starting tomorrow, I will make a plan, and really start pushing myself to my goal.

I stayed away from the cookies, unfortunately my plate had a little too much piled on it. The mistake snow balled and I ended up eating A LOT more than intended. I haven't had a binge day in almost a month so I'm good. I did some yoga and have been drinking a lot of water to avoid the post splurge bloat. It's going to be a new week so I'm redoing some of my goals and going to add in more fitness minutes.

I made egg shaped rainbow sugar cookies for the family. I'm trying to limit myself to only two per day. Cookies are a big thing for me so it'll be a victory to pass them up!

Welcome ladies!! The more the merrier!! :)

How is everyone doing today? Any strategies for keeping on track this weekend? My plan is to limit goodies to one one serving of chocolate and one serving of jelly beans. Both are my favorite. I also plan to allow very little candy into the house as well. I'm fine if it's not here. Once it comes in, I can't resist. :(

My Easter goals are to stay on track and not go crazy with the candy. I'm going to allow myself one serving of chocolate and one serving of jelly beans. I need to learn to control myself with these kinds of things. Portion control and willpower have always been an issue for me.

I'm a nut about numbers and dates. When I made up my mind to lose weight and get in shape I figured I needed to set a goal date or I could just go on forever not really getting anywhere. 12/12/12 came to mind immediately. We won't see 12/12/12 for another 100 years. So...why not use it as a goal date? Anyone else interested?

FYI - There is almost 36 weeks (35 weeks 5 days) between now and 12/12/12.
