If your a busu mommy like me and have no time to workout try this: Workout 10 min everyday
10 min in the morning, 10 min in the afternoon, and 10 min at night.
I have a one year old so its easy to split the time. And also i just started this program so I'm out of shape so this helps me feel good to finish 10 min of working out and it keeps me motiated to keep myself going: ) but it doesn't hurt to have a motovation group. :)
