Hi, my name's Ted, I'm 63 years old, been sparking since June 2010... Started jogging without stopping at least one mile by September... Started training for my very first 5k in February, for a race May 21st... Didn't end up running tho, because of a stress fracture in my right foot... That's not the reason for my message tho, my question is how can I break the 33-34 minute barrier for the 5k? Can't seem to get below 33 minutes to save my life!! Any suggestions?
