My goal is to stay consistent with working out daily and if I can lose 5-8 lbs by New Year Day, I will be ecstatic!

What are your goals to achieve between Thanksgiving and New Years? Like most, the holidays are some of the hardest for me so I'm going to write them here to stay accountable! Check back in weekly to report on your progress.
1. Do at least 10 min of exercise every day - just move!
2. Stay within calorie range 6 days/week (allowing for the holiday splurges...but not too much above!)
