good morning

how is everyone. I doing so so one more shopping spree then done till after Christmas still working on cards too and need to wrap presents. also working on maintaining thru holidays.
then day after will work on losing. but a weigh in day after Christmas so have to really watch it.
havent got on scale yet. hope it is good news.

well scale went down today but need to keep it down either maintain there or down more.
have presents to wrap and some shopping last minute need to get new contact too. may go to chiropractor has a great day.

Well did good yesterday with eating i am hoping to get some exercise in today I did journal one day I have two weigh in left before new years one day after Christmas and I want to show a net loss for December. so I need to buckle down and get exercising and stick to my eating plan I wont let me get where i was my new goal is 175 so I need to work at it it is in sight but cant touch it yet

I POSTED MY WEIGHT AND THIS WEEK DID NOT DO SO GOOD BUT I PLAN ON GETTING BACK ON TRACK GOING TO A TOPS CHRISTMAS PARTY. BUT WHEN I GET HOME I WILL GET TO TRACKING AND GET EXERCISING DO SOME PLANNING I HAVE NEW GOALS AND WILL BE MORE ACTIVE IN TEAM HERE MY DAD HAS ALS AND IT BEEN STRESSFUL BUT WE ARE GETTING SOME EXTRA HELP WE GOT HOSPICE INVOLVED. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE

What are your goals to achieve between Thanksgiving and New Years? Like most, the holidays are some of the hardest for me so I'm going to write them here to stay accountable! Check back in weekly to report on your progress.
1. Do at least 10 min of exercise every day - just move!
2. Stay within calorie range 6 days/week (allowing for the holiday splurges...but not too much above!)
