I have spent this past few days planning ahead for tomorrow's Thanksgiving dinner. I made my Mom's stuffing lower fat, made a delicious low calorie maple sweet potato dish, skipped the bread and dessert and already entered my whole meal into my planner for tomorrow so I know what I'm having. I get to have turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, gravy and stuffing and know I'm doing it all while staying on plan. Yay, me! :-)
