Well this week end is Thanksgiving, and I started off in a bit on weight 3.5bls. Which isn't to bad, but enough. I have to stay on track as I still do, once in a wail I waver a bit, but that does happen.
What is tolling me up is that I go for a 1hour walk, then my feet are so sore. I am laid up for a few days. I think I have a heel spire so that is what doing it. I am going to have to get a much better pear for shoes.
I am still feeling good and am on the track to succeed.
