So many of you did very well. Congratulations. I did well at a large potluck gathering. I walked/jogged and also played 3 games of shuffleboard. However the evening snacking got me. Even at that it was only a little over. I had a fun day and today. I did great.
I did pretty well. My first plate consisted of a turkey wing, and a couple tablespoons each of stuffing, green bean casserole, canned cranberry sauce, homemade cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes and gravy (as a sampler plate). Then, I had seconds of turkey (dark meat), stuffing, and homemade cranberry sauce (not large portions, but I like getting a little taste of everything and then going back and getting more of what I really like).
I did have a slice of apple pie and a slice of cherry cheesecake (both were homemade), but I didn't finish both slices.
Unfortunately, aside from some pie, the only leftovers I had was from my family's Thanksgiving (I ate at a friend's relatives' house). My family does chips and Rotel dip, and I ended up having a large serving for breakfast. Actually, probably did more damage with breakfast this morning than I did with dinner last night.

Awesome job! I think I did pretty well. I didn't track all of my food but I did only eat one serving of everything. Well, I'm guilty of sneaking a second slice of pie, but I figured that if that's the only mistake I made then I'm still doing pretty good. Plus, I had a 1.5 hour Zumba class on Thanksgiving morning, so I figured that has to count for something!

I didn't overeat dinner yesterday, enjoyed a turkey dinner and pie..had enough to eat without feeling overstuffed-one plate, no seconds. So today is a new day, a Fiber One bar and coffee for breakfast, 1% cottage cheese and peaches for lunch, Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato for dinner today.
