I feel the same way---it's the first set of holidays here that I have to go through since I have lost alot of weight. I have so much more to go...
I really like the number of days with the sunglasses of not having fast food you have on your posts! I don't know how to do a tracker as I have tried but it won' take for some reason *sigh*. I like tracking how many days w/o fast food, great idea!
Your waves over there are nice too on your tracker! I appreciate the much needed support. It is the first holiday after many months of staying on track and losing weight. Like you said we can do this! We have come so far. I plan to have several bottles of water in arms reach and sip on them instead of mindless munching.
Does anyone know what foods to stay connected during Thanksgiving?
I did the Sparks Thanksgiving quiz on this site and that was somewhat helpful. It said Mashed Potatoes are best though, but I guess it depends how they are made. I tend to shy away from potatoes for me.
