Thanks to all who have posted a message. Lousy day yesterday. 7 lbs off, but slipped. Real sore from exercising. Being diabetic, have been faithful on tracking. 4 days no cigs or soda too. Going to see location for wedding on July 30th on Sat till Tues, will have to be careful eating on the road. Any ideas? Just a lovely support, site, and great way to make new buddies....AGAIN, THANKS TO EACH AND EVERY 1 OF YOU!!!! koriehodges1
