It's easy to do. I get into it and find I've spent an hour on line! I, too, have to minimize my time and maximize my results on here.

Thank you all for being there for me. It is going slow, but with your help (reading your comments)it is going. I read so many. In fact I sit here way too much, so going to limit myself, and exercise more. I do need to do more. Again thank you. emoticon
