I introduced myself yesterday and this morning my email box was full of great welcomes for joining. I wanted to thank each of you that welcomed me. I hope to work on me one day at a time. I know that if I feel overwhelmed by too many things I will stop doing them all. There are many things to learn and remember to do. I am not used to tracking anything (except my blood sugar) and I might forget until I get used to doing it. So much information to take in...whew! Again...Thank You for all the sweet welcomes.
