I started tracking my food, exersize, and weight on SparkPeople last June. I am down 50 pounds and feel great! ....Better than I have in 20 years! I would like to lose 20 more by the 4th of July. I know that with your tools, recipes, and health tips....I can absolutely do it!!!! Many thanks!!!!
