I have a heavy lifting job, was weight lifting, and crocheting until my tendonitis came back with a vengeance. I am on a 2 week leave from work because I can't lift over 10 lbs right now and figured it would be a great time to focus on my health. I am wondering if anyone has had this happen before and what has helped you as far as it feeling better and not acting up?
I have decided to run while I can't lift. I have some stretches that I do every day too, and a big ice pack I put on for about 5-10 minutes at the end of the day.
