I am glad you have finally healed to the point you can exercise again. I hope all your plans for the downward trend work out.
It makes it hard to maintain or even lose when you are injured.

I'm not in love with the elliptical machine but I've found that 3 20 minutes sessions each week really boosts my metabolism.

I've been nursing a torn tendon, but it's now healthy enough to return tot he machine.


I'm looking forward to turning my current plateau into a downward slope.
