Nice to know I am not the only one. I have 10 to 12 to lose. One way I am happy where I am and how far I have come, but would like to get to my goal, increase my strength again, and have a normal BMI (which is only 4lbs). Recovering from some injuries. I am happy to be maintaining! Keep celebrating!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat. It's a very psychological situation. Once you reach your goal, what then? I'm concerned that all of my clothes won't fit! I'm comfortable at my current weight, 5'9" 169 so the final 10 seems to be a non threatening situation. But, like you, I need to get off my butt and get rid of it for good. Good luck. I know how you feel.

Ive been tossing between 160-157 since late June.... Good news? I know how to maintain :) Not so good news? I still have ten pounds to go
I need to break out of this plateau and get my butt in gear!
That being said, I am very pleased with what I have accomplished and know that I will reach my goal soon!
