I used to, but then it kept me from my goals so now I just try to eat healthy everyday and once in awhile have a treat. That is all the indulging I will do. When you think of it in terms of how much exercise you need to do for you to eat it I just say no thanks now.

For example if I eat a peanut butter cup package my fav I would need to exercise an additional 30 min of cardio. I hate cardio already, so this is only once in a great while of indulgence. Also, then it opens the door for me for more sugar cravings that I don't need.

I might have a cheat meal or maybe 2 meals but never a day or a weekend, unfortunately I know what things are going to cost me calorie wise and I find it not worth it after all my hard work - though wth my weight training now I do allow some extra calories in a meal or a dessert since I know I will work it off anyway!!

Trying not to overdo it!! So--stressed about work--Got to remember overeating is only going to make things worst--

No I don't and this is why. I find it so much easier to gain weight then to loose it. So for me food doesn't matter so much like that any more.

Yesterday was a binge day, and ate at the buffett bar today for lunch, and eating out tomorrow--looks like fri, sat, and sun are going to be "cheat days"!! Does anybody else do "cheat days"??
