emoticon Don't feel discouraged sometimes you have to try all the wrong ways before you find the right one :) I know I've tried everything out there but I have found that there is no quick fix no magic pill the best way to get it off and keep it off is just to eat clean and stay active simple as that. The more processed junk you cut out, the more veggies and lean proteins you add in, the more sugary drinks you swap out for water-the more weight you will lose. Best of luck to you on your journey!

Hi! Once again working on the weight issue. I have tried so many things, but have not yet been successful at reaching and maintaining my goals. My entire family is heavy, so it definitely runs in the family. But, I am determined to overcome that trend. Help and encouragement welcomed!
