Nancy - You can remove more than one food at a time by scrolling down your nutrition tracker page and clicking the remove multiple foods button. You can then select more than one item at once to remove.
As for emailing articles, you also have that option already - it is listed on the left side of article pages. If you don't see it, you may need to adjust your browser or zoom out of your browser window.
Hope that helps!

Something else on my Wish List for the Webmaster to consider:
Add an "e-mail this article" link to the various articles. I've read many in my 4 weeks' membership that I'd like to share with nonSparkers. An easy way to forward the article to them would help spread the Spark.

I make "Groupings" when I cook a recipe, since normally I make 4 servings and freeze 3. When I eat the leftovers, I'll just go to my Groupings tab and click it into my Food Tracker. Here's my technical suggestion:
Please modify the "remove" feature on the Food Tracker (other Trackers, too) so I may use the "shift/click/select" feature to select more than one item at a time to remove. I'm apt to enter a Grouping under the wrong meal heading, and it is absolutely cumbersome to delete the multiple ingredient entries one by one by one and wait for the screen to refresh each time.
Activating the Back-Step feature (Control/Z) for erasing a mistaken entry would also be extremely helpful.
I really like Sparkpeople.com and use the iphone application when I'm away from my pc.
I have a suggestion for the Spark People log in pages. Can you please adjust the tab order of your log in web page so that when the page completes loading, the curser is left in the username box. This will eliminate having to click on the user name box to login.
Other web sites, yahoo.com, msn.com, etc. log in pages already have this step saving behavior as their standard. Thanks in advance for considering this suggestion.

I have been trying to find a buddy in my area. The problem is that when I use the page finder, it shows many, many people, some of whom are no longer active on this site. On a dating website, you can use a filter/sorter to find those people who have had recent activity. Could we get one of those on the site? I have gotten some negative replies from people who are no longer "on" the site and do not want to be bothered. Thanks for thinking about it.
