Hi Adam2298! I just wanted to stop by and tell you that I liked your response about the Huddles. I'm only on week 3 and I'm already bored with the selected responses. I've started adding my own but they are not as thought-provoking as yours. I'm stealing your idea if that's okay. :)

I Huddle everyday but I got bored with it because of the repetitive comments. I decided that it could be a good time to ask questions that make you think. There are so few places that allow you to think about those big questions. Listed below is a sample from yesterday's Huddle. I also put the Huddle question under: Gilbert Sparks FORUM: General Team Discussion Forum TOPIC: HUDDLE, QUESTIONS AND MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES.
What do Champions do that you are not doing ?
One rule you live by.
Do you regret leaving something unresolved?
What must be experienced to be understood ?
What common happiness mistakes do people make?
I also put Success/ Motivational Quotes as well, from time to time. Here is a recent sample.
Quality is not an act but it is habit.
Go from negative to positive by changing habits.
All leaders are readers.
Success comes to those who refuse to quit.
Ask "Am I now ready to make some changes?"
The Huddle limits you to make or ask questions that are short and sweet. But I feel it is worth the time to do them. If anything, It makes me think. Not such a bad idea, in today's world.
I just can't figure out how to huddle - I see others have said the same but don't see any answers??

I huddle with my 19 teams everyday. It takes a lot of time though. I put in 6-7 hours a day on the site. And at times it gets to be to much on me because it cut in on other things I should be doing. God Bless You and Have a Wonderful Week.

I am team leader of six teams and I use the Huddle wall to encourage other members every day.

I like the huddles, but I just wish there was an easier way to do it. It seems like I do a lot of clicking to get to the huddle. I wish there was a direct link from the teams page to the huddle.

Courtney, To me, Huddles are like waving a hand and saying "Hi" to your team mates. You can select already made statements like "I'm new", "Spread the Spark", "Let's go Team", "I need support" or you can chose to put something in your own words like "TGIF" (on Fridays) or "Remember 911". Posting to the forum is usually asking a question or commenting to another post. The Huddle is delivered to the Right hand side of the Team Page where there are Announcements, Links, and Blogs. It is just fun to greet your Team Mates!
