if you go to your community header, then to sparkteams, you can see the teams that you belong to. You can then click on each team and on the right hand side about midway down, you can see the scroll of blogs and team huddles from your team mates. Click on the link "team huddle". It then gives you a list of predefined team huddle "cheers" or you can make your own up.
I do it to let my team mates know that I am active on the site and they can stop by my page to give me encouragement/advice/etc. I also look at the scrolling bar to see people's blog topics so that I can quickly visit and give encouragement. Good luck with your journey!
decided it was time to stop guessing what food weights . Today I went to Bed Bath and beyond to check out food scales didn't know you would have so many to pick from from 5.00 dollars to 60 dollars! my choice was the 30.00 dollar one by sharper image. Boy i have already learned what 16 oz of Tortilla chips i have been guessing to few !!! but that's fine with me i use them in the 15 minute chili and that was my left over s from batch cooking. Chicken is on the menu for tonight no more guessing what an oz is hope this will help me learn portion control better.
You can join all kinds of "teams" on here with others with the same goals or interests and such as you have. Once you join a team you will have the option of "huddling" with your team and earning points. Huddling is basically checking in with your team. I believe you can join teams from the start page. Toward the right is a team search bar if I'm correct.
