Love Turmeric tea but don;t always have time to make it. Quick replacement is Republic of Tea's Turmeric Green Tea or their newer Get Limber Tea that also has turmeric in it.

Listen up tea fans...there is this new chain of stores called Teavana that is absolute tea heaven for tea lovers. We have one in Austin. At Teavana you can get the freshest loose leaf tea that so fragrant you can smell it as soon as you step into the store. Their teas are the highest quality I have ever tasted. And they have at least 30 different varieties, maybe more. I've enjoyed their various chai infusions but I also like the rolled jasmine green tea they sell there. I've never had tea this good!

My favorite tea is chamomile. I drank it all the time as a child, so it is very comforting to me beyond the relaxing properties.

Green Tea is my favorite, but I do drink chamomile and cinnamon bark tea on a regular basis. I have some white tea and black tea for friends that come over also.

"Luan_in_PA The tea is inferred, silly!"
Not silly at all! Some concoctions - like the one you mentioned - have NO tea at all and are incorrectly called tea when they are not.
You did not mention tea, so of course I did not assume there was any.
BTW - the proper name for those concoctions is tisane!

I love peppermint tea in the afternoon, chamomile at night, and PG Tips in the morning.

my favorite is Stash's Licorice spice..the licorice root makes it very smooth and naturally sweet- the spice comes from cinnamon, star anise, cloves and cardamom, and the other mellow goodness from orange and vanilla. soooooomuch happiness in a mug

I like a good "smoky" tea often, especially in loose format. I also like Earl Grey, and Lady Grey.
The "smoky" ones always remind me of when I used to brew them at work (previous job) and one particular person always came around and said they reminded him of a campfire.
There are a few herbal ones I've tried, mainly with ginger and/or cinnamon. I like the richness of the spices
I love most teas. Fruits, spices, black, white, green, herbal....the ones with fennel I don't like to much but anything else I've tried, I've loved. I found a tea diffuser at thinkgeek.com, it's a rubber ducky...love it! I hadn't heard of the plum one, will pick it up tonight.

love my tea, my top 3
roobois - when i am stressed out, its a natural relaxing tea plus its decaf so good later in day (the best one is the starbucks vanilla flavoured one)
green tea - after a meal, a good traditional, people use it to boost metabolism i think, i just like it
mint - after a heavy meal, apparently its supposed to help you digest things better :) even better if you have a chocolate mint one :)

That Sugar Plum Spice tea sounds good - thanks for mentioning it!
My favorite varies by season and mood. Generally I like English Breakfast tea brewed very strong, lapsong souchong and other 'smoky' teas, as well as jasmine tea. Trader Joe's packages a caffeine-free tea called Restful Night that I enjoy in the evening.
I keep a huge assortment of teas on hand and it's always interesting to see what guests choose.
English Breakfast tea. Also Raspberry Royale is very good. I like them both because they taste so good-much better than ordinary tea.

I like English Breakfast tea in the morning to wake up; I'll have a different tea in the afternoon - it changes, after lunch; and before bed I have Yogi Bedtime tea, so good!

my favorites this month - Pomegranate Rooibos - because rooibos is decaf, it's pretty good for me and I like the taste, and a holiday tea called sugar cookie sleigh ride, because it is both tasty and recalls fun memories

Earl Grey and black tea with blackberry or raspberry
My very new favorite is Celestial Seasonings Sugar Plum Spice, which is only available during winter. OH MY GEE! SO tasty. I already have been drinking tea sans sweetening, and rather enjoying it. This tea, though, is sweet-all by itself. It has cinnamon, roasted chickory, rosehips, roasted carrub, and "natural plum flavors"...Sooo yummy. I'll need about ten boxes so I have some in the off-season.
