Weight Watchers Giant Cookies & Cream Bars - they are a lot bigger than most for only 130 cals.

I live on Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. It's like the highlight of my day to have one after dinner- and the truffle bars are awesome too. I don't feel like it's diet food at all.

My favorite is Edy's Grand Light Slow Churned. The texture is so creamy. If you only have half a cup, it's not bad at all as far as calories and fat, and it's delicious. My favorite flavor is Caramel Swirl, but the Neapolitan is good too.

I love frozen tart yogurt. There are chain shops like Red Mango and Pinkberry, but Edy's also makes some frozen tart yogurt you may be able to find in your local supermarket. It's 100 Calories in a half cup and is so delicious... and has probiotics!

They are pretty small, but I'm in love with the snack-sized Drumsticks. It's REAL ice cream, so it's awesome tasting and only 130 calories. You just have to be able to stop at one. I think the real stuff does a better job at quenching a craving, plus they're automatically portion controlled, so it's not as hard as it sounds. Kind of a bonus ... they're a bit of pain to unwrap so you have plenty of time to think about what you're doing before you eat a second one. :)

I have to admit I love ice cream and have an extremely difficult time giving it up. So, I would like some input on this question: What is the best tasting ice cream for the least amount of calories? emoticon
