if your numbers come in ok then don't worry about the carbs part of your eating. You must be doing well there.
sounds like you are doing well for protein and fats also.
It's the calories. You need to get AT LEAST the minimum target caloric intake that Spark suggests to lose weight. this number may change a bit if you do exercise b/c you have to have the food to fuel the exercise. Your food tracker will make these adjustments for you. My suggestion is to put everything that goes into your mouth also into your nutrition tracker it'll tell you if you are getting adequate calories or if you are getting too much.
Please don't try to undercut the lowest recommended caloric intake for your specific needs your body needs fuel just to to maintain itself. If you are diligent and follow the recommended ranges and exercise the weight will come off.
