Hello, I am new to Spark People. I have decided that it's time to take my life back. In the past I have joined Weight Watchers 3 times. Once I actually made my goal weight. The other two times I gave up. I find my determination lacking after a few weeks and the thought of never eating the things I love depressing. So my new goal is 1200-1300 calories per day. I will start using my treadmill daily. I am actually going to attempt to run/jog.
I am most definately a stress eater. I also eat when I get depressed. I am pre diabetic. Other than fat, I also have bad knees. If I can't run/jog I can most definately walk some pounds off.
