I am not a new member, I just been out of touch for a moment. I plan to reenter the forum and start logging my meals, and etc. I been very buzzy and enjoying the time, to take other issue of cause. The hoilday's are coming which increase the chance of over-doing and having to either cut meals in half or just eating as little as possible. Enjoy
