My doctor told me to take grape seed extract. It can boost your energy level. I have noticed a difference when I take it versus when I do not.

Thanks for the tip! I drink whey protein, casein, take a multivitamin, L-Carnitine, Fish Oil, and CLA 1250 and it gives me an incredible amount of energy compared to before I started taking the supplements. And of course I do a lot of yoga and cardio to go along with it all.

Yes, I have a friend who is kind of a health nut and she has mentioned chia seed to me in the past. I am not sure if she mentioned beet juice but I DO like beets!
I am not sure if this is good for me but I like the v-8 fruit juices, but I think the salt intake isn't good-I may be wrong about this, but they taste good. There are different varieties, though having all natural in a juicer would probably be better emoticon

I take vitamin gummies every morning - I don't feel like they particularly help anything, but it's a "just in case" nutritional backup. And they're delicious, too.

If you're looking for energy, I have found that beet juice and chia seeds gives me a huge kick before a workout (I'm a runner). I have a juicer and make a fruit/veggie juice, but the beet juice especially makes me feel very "alive." The chia seeds have helped me feel a bit more stable, like I'm not metabolizing the juice too quickly.

I take a multi daily vitamin, Iron, kelp, and vitamin D, all ok'd by my doc.
I am trying to make it a habit to walk every day, and now I have some exercises to do at home since getting a spark people email on exercises for at home.

I take several different supplements daily. No special workouts just know they're good for my general health. emoticon

Is anyone else taking supplements (vitamins, protein shakes, etc) and do you feel like they are helping your performance? What kind of a workout routine are you doing along with taking these supplements?
