squats & lunges are part of my "sneak in more activity during the day" plan.
M, W, F are upper body (planks, push-ups, wall push-ups
Tu & Th are legs (squats, lunges, curtsy lunges, calf raises)

Funny you should say this because i have one day left in my 30 day squat challenge,and I decided to start a 30 lunge challenge starting with 25 each leg and adding five every day with a rest every for days.
I'M LOSING SLOWLY BUT SURELY I LOVE THE WAY EXERCISE MAKES ME FEEL I'M ADDICTED!!!!!!!!!

One left and one right lunge counts as one lunge. My challenge is to do fifty lunges in one day. Around 1pm to 3pm I start lungin'.
