Good going. I walk twice a day totallying 80 minutes

It is amazing how simple this challenge is. I got busy today. When I arrived home I thought I can do 10 minutes of walking. I ended up walking for 36 minutes. Sometimes just moving is all I need. So far so good. I noticed that I had more energy today and felt good!
