I ran out of time this morning to make my lunch so during my lunch hour I made a trip to the grocery store. I picked up the following:

100 calorie corn and wheat tortillas
deli turkey, thin sliced
low calorie pre sliced swiss cheese
pre cut celery and carrot sticks
alfalfa sprouts
Low calorie chewy granola trail mix bars
pistacho nuts

I took over a drawer in the refrigerator at work and now I have food here to make a quick roll up sandwich along with something crunchy to enjoy for lunch!
